PROBLEM: Womens pension is 39 % lower than the men’s.
INSIGHT: The average gender gap in pensions in Europe is 38.6%. This measures the differences in pensions between women and men,
excluding non-pensioners (pensioners aged 65-79). After all it is 2019 so this is just fine right? Actually pay discrimination is illegal and even
though the gaps are large. Statistics and numbers seems irrelevant today. Let’s show them the pension gap visually and literal instead of more
numbers they don’t care about anyways.. An open door has been a long-time symbol of a new beginning. A closed or locked door, on the other
hand, can represent a dead end or create the feeling that there’s no way out. A door can be a symbol of opportunity or one of imprisonment.
SHOWCASED: The film will be showcased online as soon as ready for viral spread.
CAMPAIGN: As mentioned a closed or locked door can represent a dead end or create the feeling that there’s no way out. A door can be a
symbol of opportunity or one of imprisonment. To the release of this spot we will create door hangers reminding everyone to close the gaps
instead of doors. The door hangers will be hanged on office doors, car doors and all other doors males are closing as a reminder to close the
gap instead of doors. (see rough example/layout on next slide).
